- The Property
A scenic, thoughtfully designed farm built for connection and care.
We consider our property our greatest amenity and treat it with respect and care. We were the first equestrian facility in Montgomery County to become a FSCAP Certified farm, recognizing exceptional stewardship of the land. Both farms have received the Montgomery Soil Conservation District’s Cooperator of the Year award. Surrounded by miles of hay fields and a network of maintained trails (most of which are protected from development through preservation easements) our 80 acre property is beautiful at all times of the year. Many boarders use the surrounding hills for excellent conditioning work or a relaxing trail ride.
- Indoor Arena & Lounge
Ride year-round or relax in the climate-controlled lounge—your space to train, rest, and connect.
The indoor arena is 105’ x 200’ in size and features unique, large translucent window panels (42’ x 14’) which fully open to give an open-air feeling and cooling breezes. A professional sound system provides music and voice over the full arena and the lounge. Ceiling fans keep air moving for better training conditions in hot weather and new lighting gives a daytime quality, even at night. The main lounge in the clubhouse overlooks the indoor.
Community is an important part of Wyndham Oaks and our spaces make getting together with friends more fun. A climate-controlled lounge with viewing area is attached to the indoor (including shower and kitchen facilities) and there is a large stone patio, just right for those summer evenings. The main barn also includes its own lounge and patio area.
- Outdoor Arenas & Trails
From custom footing in the ring to miles of beautiful trails, adventure is always just a few steps away.
Wyndham Oaks I has two large outdoors arenas: one for dressage and flat work and another principally used for jumping. We also have two round pens which come in handy for multiple uses.
The main, over-sized outdoor arena sits atop one of the high spots of the property and provides a beautiful place to ride. The club house patio overlooks the outdoor arena, or spectators can simply enjoy the shade of the trees adjacent to one side of the ring or relax with friends in the gazebo.
Our second outdoor activity is the jumping arena which has lights for nighttime use. Jumps are available for courses or gymnastic training.
